● AWAITING FIRST FEE CLAIM

The ledger is empty because we haven’t launched. The first row lands hours after the first fees do.

The Board

Every school we clear gets a card, an amount, and two links: the donation transaction and the charity’s receipt. Holders nominate the next school; the fund designates it with each donation.

Fair Questions

Where does the money come from?

Two streams, both public. Every buy and sell carries a 1% token tax that routes straight to the Lunch Account — that’s the direct line from trading volume to lunches. On top of that, the launch platform pays creator-side liquidity pool fees to the token creator, and 100% of those route to the same account. Both streams are donated and published, every time.

How fast do donations happen?

Within hours of fees landing in the account. We don’t batch monthly or sit on a balance — claimed fees are donated the same day, and the transaction posts to the ledger with a proof link. The charity then applies funds to school accounts on its own distribution schedule, and we publish those confirmations as they arrive.

Where does the money go?

All for Lunch, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 82-1839406) that clears school lunch debt and reports 100% pass-through to schools. Donations can be designated to a specific school, district, or state, and we route them via Every.org so the trail stays on-chain end to end.

Are you affiliated with schools, the government, or the charity?

No. American Lunch Fund is an independent community project, not affiliated with or endorsed by any school district, the USDA, All for Lunch, Inc., Every.org, Pons, or Robinhood. We are recurring donors who publish receipts.

Is $LUNCH an investment?

No. $LUNCH is a memecoin with no intrinsic value, no yield, and no claim on any asset or entity. Buying it is not a donation and is not tax-deductible. Never trade more than you can afford to lose entirely.
